Problem No 2 - Teenagers want to be independent ...

and yet expect many things to be provided for them. Teenagers often forget that their parents often follow the timeless creed of being kind and loving by not giving.

"If you want to see what children can do, you must stop giving them things." ~~ Norman Douglas

“If you want children to keep their feet on the ground, put some responsibility on their shoulders.” ~~ Abigail Van Buren

“Parents can only give good advice or put them on the right paths, but the final forming of a person’s character lies in their own hands.” ~~ Anne Frank
